Do you know a child who is super keen on science, or perhaps a math whiz? Do they know that Portland Public schools has a k-8 math
and science
focus school? At Winterhaven the curriculum is both challenging and rewarding and the community supportive. Families are invited to come check it out. There
are two good ages to enter the school, Kindergarten and 6th grade (middle school). Anyone in the PPS school district is eligible to enter the lottery process, which is currently underway. Please attend
